Results at Wisbech Grammar School remain consistently amongst the best in three counties at both GCSE and A level.
Pupils are exposed to a large number of subjects in their earlier years before they choose their GCSE options at the end of the 3rd Form (Year 9). Careers and form tutors offer guidance at this essential stage to ensure that pupils choose subjects which are both consistent with their ability/aptitude and are the right subjects for possible future careers.
Those results realized in August 2016 were no exception with an outstanding 92% of all grades achieving, A*-C. Half of all pupils secured A*-A grades in at least five subjects, and 10 pupils obtained A*-A grades in 9 subjects or more.
